Once fresh products are sourced from the market for a confirmed order, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Customers are requested to remain available during delivery timing to avoid failed delivery situations.
We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) model and primarily supply fresh and perishable products sourced after order confirmation.
Due to the nature of these products, refunds are generally not available once products have been delivered.
Delivered products are not eligible for refund or return due to hygiene and perishability considerations.
Once accepted during delivery, products cannot be returned later.
Customers are encouraged to verify products at the time of delivery.
If customers face any major issue with an order, they may discuss it during delivery or order confirmation whenever applicable.
Most products are sourced fresh daily after customer order confirmation and are prepared specifically for confirmed deliveries.
Because of this operational model, cancellations and returns become difficult once procurement and delivery preparation begin.
